Stephen Mangin is a sophomore at MUS and is a new writer for the Owl’s Hoot. He is a member of Beg to Differ, government club, and the mock trial team. In the 2025 Nashville Youth in Government Conference, his team won the Outstanding Bill Award for their written proposal. Outside of MUS, Stephen sings for his church choir and is active in his Boy Scout troop. He enjoys being in the outdoors and cringes while watching his favorite teams (Oregon Ducks, Los Angeles Chargers, San Diego Padres) lose important games.
